I had a wonderful experience at Spanish Bay Inn. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and friendliness of the staff made me feel right at home. Linda, in particular, was amazing. She provided me with helpful travel tips and recommendations on places to visit during my stay. The atmosphere of the inn was charming and unique, with its homely lobby featuring historic photos of the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with 4-poster and sleigh beds. The continental breakfast offered a variety of options, including fruit, yogurt, breads, and cereals, which was more than sufficient to start my day. The location was also convenient, with several restaurants within walking distance and the waterfront just across the road. I highly recommend Spanish Bay Inn for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The historic house had plenty of common areas to relax and unwind, adding to the cozy atmosphere. the location was superb, with two highly recommended restaurants within walking distance and a stunning harbor with a giant fiddle just across the street.
While the bed was comfortable, it was a bit too soft for my liking. it was a bit inconvenient to prepare breakfast in the kitchen due to a large group occupying the space.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely inn with old charm in the heart of Sydney. The suite I stayed in was incredibly spacious and provided a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The vintage decor added a touch of character that you don't often find in larger hotel chains. The inn had all the necessary amenities just minutes away, making it incredibly convenient. I must mention the wonderful hosts, Holly and her team, who were incredibly sweet and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this inn for anyone looking for a charming and comfortable stay in Sydney.

The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a lovely sleigh bed and cozy leather chairs. The breakfast provided a good variety of options, and we appreciated the real utensils and ceramic plates. The staff, particularly Holly, was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel had a convenient central location, close to the harbor and local restaurants. Parking was free and easy. The breakfast was self-serve but had a good selection to choose from.
Some noise from outside in the evenings, but this is to be expected in a central location. The rooms varied in size, so it's important to ensure you get a room that suits your needs and budget.

Great location in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel like part of the family. The continental breakfast was a convenient start to my day.
Although my room was a bit small, it was still welcoming and comfortable. They provided a cot for my 13-year-old, but next time I would book ahead to get a room with more space.
